With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, Wes and his talented team created 21 Property Group as a comprehensive marketplace for real estate transactions, making the process seamless for buyers and sellers.
He is also a devoted family man, accomplished attorney, successful entrepreneur, certified golf geek and passionate philanthropist. His wife Helen is a committed philanthropist and works diligently to improve their community and the lives of those around them. They have six children and approach each day and situation with equal amounts passion, energy and gratitude for the opportunities they have been given.
Andrew Golub grew up in Miami, Florida and attended Christopher Columbus High School. As one of the top junior tennis players in the country at the time, he ranked as high as the top 15 nationally and No. 3 in Florida. Along the way, he won the 1997 Boys 16s State Closed Championships, recognized as the biggest junior tennis tournament in Florida. He also notched notable wins against top players such as Andy Roddick and Mardy Fish during his junior career.
Golub earned a full tennis scholarship to the University of Miami. He played every spot in the lineup as well as No. 1 doubles, reaching the sweet 16 in the NCAA individuals. During the season, Golub racked up big wins over two national No. 1-ranked doubles teams and became the team captain as a senior in 2003. In the 2000 season, Golub made the All-Big East first team, and his team become Big East Champions, exiting in the sweet 16.
Golub owned, operated, and coached for 21 years at one of the largest tennis academies in Florida. Teaming up with his brother, Alex Golub, they coached some of the best juniors in the country. During their coaching careers, the Golub brothers helped more than 150 kids earn college tennis scholarships as well as multiple USTA Gold Ball and collegiate All-American awards across many universities including Florida, Miami, Wake Forest and Princeton.

Known for being well-traveled and enjoying St. Pete’s vibrant local brewery scene, Kody is driven to help clients achieve their investment goals while fostering a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Steven was born and raised in Seminole, Florida, where he developed a strong foundation and appreciation for the vibrant culture of the Sunshine State.
